Before we get into my latest tips for your next summer outfit I have a small not. It’s been an emotionally charged past week and I’ve been talking a lot about how I’ve been feeling, what we’ve learnt and a lot about what you can do on my Instagram. I want to emphasise that although you are here reading about what colours you should be adding into youur summer wardrobe, and my content is going back to fashion, it doesn’t mean that I have become passive in my everyday life. I continue to have these conversations with my friends, my peers and my family and I encourage us all to do the same as change starts with us. Okay, my little speech is over.

If you’ve noticed I’ve been adding a lot of colour to my wardrobe in the past few months. Not only does it make me feel super, it’s also an easy and simple way to take a simple everyday summer outfit and elevate it. Pops of colour are also a great way to make an outfit look more fashion forward. So with all of this in mind, I’ve rounded up my current favourite colours to add into your summer wardrobe. What’s great about all these colours is that they can easily be mixed and matched with all your favourite neutral pieces but also with other colours!
